Don't throw away your expired coupons cause our military families that are overseas can use them for up to 6 months after the expiration. Make sure you send them no later than one month after the expiration cause it may take a little bit to ship all the way overseas using parcel post. You can also use the flat rate boxes that will take less time to ship. You can go Here to get started.
First go to the Adoption page to read about the process.
Then go to the Base List page to see which base needs to be adopted.
Thirdly go to the Adoption Form page to fill out the needed info. This page is where it is important that you have read the instructions on how to fill out the form.
Finally, read the Mailing page to make sure you have the proper way of sending the coupons so that way you didn't pay for them to be sent back to you.
ANOTHER WAY TO SUPPORT THE TROOPS
I'm not sure if each state has this But In North Carolina there is a wonderful Facebook page dedicated to the process of expired coupons for our military bases. It is called CoupsForTroops: The Carolinas. It is a lot easier to send your coupons to this base & the dedicated volunteers do all the work and then ship out the coupons to the need bases.
